Joundra Rajnaruk
The Joundra was a proud and powerful species before they were slaughtered by Jarl Iseryim order. Their colors and pattern used to be warm brown colors with lighter markings. They were forced from their home in the Ashlands and lived their remaining years in a dry and cold marshland. Their trait is Mire. The rumour of their species is spread so far and deep, nobody trusts a Joundra anymore. Now they are known for one thing and one goal: They could control fire and they want the world to burn.

They are gifted with a very unique ability where they can disappear into a cloud of ash and dust for a few seconds. If an opponent strikes and lands a hit, a Joundra can use this ability and vanish for a few seconds until the attack is over, taking no damage for the first strike. They can also withstand poison, venom and toxics from tier 1-3.
TempramentJoundras were known for their high intelligence and completely silence walking. They were known to be quite stubborn and independent with no pack requirement.

Coloration & Appearance
While the species was widespread, they came in various shades of brown and dark beige. Most common was brown/beige/dark yellow with black and beige markings. They never have white, but only in a few rare cases they may have a few white markings. They may also have small, dark-red markings, and in some cases they had gray-ish blue. Their fur is long and rough, especially at the neck and tails with softer fur at their bellies.
Decoration
The Joundra were not known to decorate themselves.

Diet
The Joundras were very traditional in their hunting. Stubborn and independent, they would hunt large prey by themselves. They ate various types of meat, mostly deer and birds. The Joundra did not need to eat or hunt often, as they could go very long without eating or drinking water.
Territory
In recent years before they were wiped out, they made their home in a dry marsh north of Mysbel territory. It was always foggy and the air was hard to breathe. The vast marshlands were covered in murky pools of water, wetlands and sparce fauna with mostly dead and gray bushes and trees and a fog is always present in this land.
How to recognize a Joundra
While they were alive they were known for their brown pelts. They could come in a few markings, but most commonly browns with beige and either red, black or blue markings. Generally a Joundra have darker pelts with more contrast between the markings and colors. They will almost alway have beige undersides and darker tops, sometimes with beige necks. Their pelts blended in with the marshlands they lived in.
