Mysbel Rajnaruk
The Mysbels, often viewed as stuck up and snobby, are quite relaxed and laid back, never saying no to a game or a bet. They're known for being bards and storytellers, as well as artisans. They love to be creative and bring crafts with them, as well as travelling the meadowlands as Bards and singing stories to inns and to other species. Though in more recent years in Jarl Ekedo's time, the rules have become stricter, and the Mysbel's freedoms are being taken from them.
Temprament and societyOften viewed and considered a bit naive by other species, the Mysbels are actually quite clever and has a lot of wit and grace. They are a widespread species, living in both the Meadow Lands and since the alliance with the Caedric, they also reside in the Redlands. They either live in their capital, Loregarde, or in the outer rings of Redlands, and the rest lives as either travelling bards and merchants or in settled villages spread across the Meadowlands.
The Mysbels are clever, quick to think on their feet, and can figure out solutions quickly. They can be playful, and love to play games and make bets. While not very confrontational, this has led them to keep secrets mostly to themselves, and they don't like to confront others if they have issues. They can be quite easy-going and laid back, and naturally really likes to sing, and tell stories as both bards and artisans of the Raj species. Travelers and wanderers are often seen with satchels and an instrument, ready to take place at an inn or outpost and play songs and tell stories in exchange for food, drinks or coins. While clever and laid back, they can be quite irritable. They believe their problems should remain their problem, and hide any personal annoyances they may have. They can hold grudges, and be defensive and want justice for what they have been wronged, both literally and figuratively. They form very close friendship bonds with eachother, between friends and siblings. Though most siblings willl eventually seperate and go their own ways, it's not uncommon if they meet again their relationship will not have changed. While they are loyal to their Jarl and Clans, they have a lot of freedom to do what they want and most won't ever see their Jarl. |

The Mysbels are led by their Jarl and his council and scholars, as well as the Officers of various Highborn families that have served the Noble family for generations. These Highborn family bloodlines are known as Clans, and each of these Clans overlook their own tasks and affairs within the Mysbel territories. The leaders of these Clans are called Heads. While being led by these Clan Heads, every major or big decision is still decided by the Jarl and his Council, which are handpicked by the current Jarl himself to what he finds his best interest in. The Nobleborn and the Highborn all reside in their capital, Loregarde, which is also the place where the Citadel lies; the biggest library known to Raj. It's strictly guarded and commoners are not allowed into the deeper catacombs of this ancient library. Only the Jarl and the scholars is allowed access to the entire library after years of strict training to prevent any breach of information. The Prince and Princesses of the Mysbels are trained directly under their parents' rule, learning how to manage the Clans and how to make decisions, until the Jarl retires and the new Prince or Princess takes over. Unlike the Norh, where the one who wants to become the Jarl takes the role, the Jarl picks which of their offsprings shall rule after they retire or die.
There are notable class differences between the rich and poor amongst the Mysbel, as the rich are privileged to live closer to their capital of Lorgarde; those living in poverty are forced to live farther away in unsanitary conditions.
Due to their natural connection to wind, they are naturally drawn to living in the open meadows rather than closed areas. They don't like caves, as they believe their spirits should always be able to see the skies. If a Mysbel lives too long in caves or in closed areas, they will feel themselves restricted, and grow more grumpy and even depressed.
They are excellent treasure-hunters and skilled in negotiating good trade deals at every outpost. The Mysbel are quite superstitious, as they have a lot of trouble with cults and witches taking over the smaller towns in their province. This causes the Mysbel to be quite hostile at times to outsiders and prefer to stick to their own kind.
Mysbels are considered pups between the ages 0-3, juvenile from 3 to 8 and adolescent up to 15 years. They are sexually mature at the age of 18, and considered a young adult until 20 years of age. They're considered an adult from 20 up until they are 50 years of age, and then they're considered an aging adult between 50 and 70, and then from 70 until their deaths they are considered an elder. Unlike other species who retire, elder wolves will find themselves working and helping the younger generations, and being taken care of by family until their deaths.

Reproduction and Early stages
Mysbels are loyal, and will usually only have one mate through their entire lives. Mysbels tend to prefer mates that are clean, kept and have good personalities that they like. During spring, if a wolf is looking for a mate, they will often decorate themselves and weave flowers into their fur to signal that they're available and looking for a partner. They will often look for the opposite gender for the sake of reproducing, though two males or two females are not uncommon to see. When two wolves fall in love, they will form a tight bond and get to know eachother over a period of time. When the time is ready, they will swear oaths to eachother under the sky in private and exchange flowers they have weaved into their fur at the time they met, and thus their bond are considered sacred. Afterwards, they will announce it to their friends, families or their village, who will celebrate with songs, special dishes and celebrations to congratulate them.
A female will gestate for around 70-80 days and often will have twins, though the litter size can change between 2-5 pups. They will usually have one or two litters through their lifetime, as they believe twins is a good sign. The Mysbels usually have pups during spring to give them the best chance of survival. During the pregnancy, the female will grow more and more aggressive and with a temper. She will herself decide where she wants to give birth, that being often either under the sky under some trees or in her home village. Pregnant females are known for travelling back to their home of their own birthplace together with her mate. After she gives birth, the male will provide her with food, water and books to read while she nurses their young. The male will often swap out with her and allow her to go stretch her legs and hunt for herself. During the first weeks after their pups are born, they will often howl together and sing songs for their young.
Mysbels are born small with very short fur. Their eyes will be closed, but they are born with hearing. Their eyes open after 2 weeks. The mother will usually name the male pups, while the father will name the female pups. Siblings grow up very closely, and will share everything between them, but as they grow they will start to play fight and make bets and dares with eachother.
They grow very slowly compared to the Norh or Caedric, but they are able to communicate often before they can fully walk properly. Their fur is very silky when they are young, and their fur will grow to be longer as they age. They reach a growth spurt at the age of 10, and will grow very rapidly. During this time, they will also require more food and more activity to keep their bodies healthy. During the puppy and juvenile years, their parents or villages will usually be their primary teachers. When they reach 12 years of age, they will usually know what they want to do in life, though in recent years, the Clans have commanded wolves to join the troops to honor their family.
In the Highborn and Nobleborn clans though, their upbringing is much more strict, and they are taught to serve their purpose of leading their Clans and ruling the lands and the species.

Abillities
The Mysbel are sprinters, not long-distance runners. They have somewhat poor stamina and ability to survive in nature outside their home, however they can move incredibly quickly and strike with their clever spells and traps. The Mysbel also possess keen ears and perceptive eyes, in order to help to pinpoint detail to aid their goals. They are talented strategists, but will usually not help other species unless it benefits them in some way.
The Mysbel's special ability unique to their species is finding rare items. They have a much higher chance of getting rare drops for all tiers, and all kinds of missions and tasks.

Physical Appearance
Mysbels are known for their lithe and lean bodies. They are quite thin with small chests and short, silky fur. They have a swift appearance, like they're always on their feet and ready to move if the wind calls them. They have very flexible toes and wrist, able to bend and move them much more freely than most other Raj. They have a short tail that is always slightly held up, and they usually hold their heads slightly higher.
What stands out most about the Mysbel is their coloration; pelts of royal purple and pinkish-red. They will always have purple/pink/red hue to their pelt, especially the main body color, giving them an unnatural appearance similar to that of heather-fields. Their fur is darker on top and lighter undersides. Their colors are mostly light, with darker red/purple markings along with brighter gray or white markings too.

Royal
Mysbels with the Royal is the most common trait, with colos of purple, dull red, beige, gray and black. They are usually not overall dark, but they can have quite dark shades. They always have lighter undersides.
Pastel
Pastels, unlike Royal are very light and bright. They usually have quite a lot of white and clear pink-ish colors. They look bright and eye-catching, very alike flowers. The colors are never too contrasting, but are quite soft.
Decoration
The Mysbel like to decorate themselves in gold jewelry such as necklaces, rings and other valuable items, and will decorate themselves in flowers to find a mate or partner. They will craft accessories by using various objects to make something unique to them. They will more commonly wear antlers or hooves on their shoulders or as a necklace, along with other items to decorate the horns.
Culture and death
Ever since their alliance with Jarl Isyerim, the Mysbels have started to notice a change, especially in Central Meadowlands in Loregarde. Ekedo has strenghtened his bonds, and rallied the Clans into becoming much more strict, enforcing more laws and building his troops, using the extensive library his father never took advantage of to design armor and weapons.
They are currently led by their Jarl Ekedo, who became Jarl very recently after his father went missing. Most Mysbels support Ekedo, but many of the outskirt cities think he rules too strictly. Ever since Ekedo became Jarl, he has made a decree to kill everyone other than him who carry the Wind Element from any other off-branch Nobleborn families, and all the Clans are carrying out this order. Most describe him as charming, well spoken for and charimastic, however many who knew him as a Prince say he changed the day his father disappeared and he became Jarl. He often spends a lot of time in the Library and in his palace. Many of the other Jarls were surprised when he agreed to becoming an ally of the Caedric, despite being only 16 years of age, but he seems to know a lot more than he is letting on. He currently have no siblings or a mate.

The Mysbels have had a long history of religion abuse, which has led to most Mysbels not believing many religions at all. They have ancient, abandoned shrines scattered across their land, though most have been forbidden to enter due to these situations. Most of the outer cities and villages are left to fend for themselves without support of their Jarl or the Clans.
When a Mysbel dies, they are grieved by their friends and family. They are very careful not to touch their dead directly, even their own family members. It's not uncommon that if the wolf died unfairly or was killed in battle, any siblings or close friends of them will seek out revenge. Burying a body is a bad omen for them, and are only reserved to traitors and criminals.

Ranks
While the majority of the Mysbel species live in small villages and packs led under the Clan's guide, they do have some ranks that are noted by most of the Mysbels.
NOBLEBORNS
- The head of the Mysbels and the rulers. They ultimately makes the decision, and rule over the Clans. While they usually don't involve themselves in minor issues and concerns, they have the ability to see reports and make invidual decisions that the Clans then have to enforce, otherwise, the Jarl usually lets the Clan rule the lands with their tasks.
HIGHBORNS
- Highborns are wolves born into the respective Clans that rule the territories. They are family bloodlines that serve the Jarl under their Clan name, serving a purpose and overseeing specific tasks. There are multiple Highborn families and several Clans that all make up the population of Clans and Officials. There are currently Five main Clans ruling the Mysbels. The main leaders of these clans are called Heads. The Heads commands their Clan, and takes care of paperwork and any action required of them.
LOWBORNS
- Lowborns are everyone else that doesn't fall under the Nobleborn or Highborn categories. These wolves make up the majority of regular soldiers, guards and scouts, as well as the commoners and regular Mysbels. They have a large variety of ranks and jobs.
Some of their common ranks as Lowborns are farmers, hunters, traders, merchants, patrollers, village guards, crafters, commissioners, bards, travellers, storytellers, artisans and musicians.

Diet
The Mysbel have a very varied diet, ranging from meat to vegetables and herbs. Rarely do they go on large hunts, but when they do, they will hunt game such as hooved animals (deers and horses), but only hunters with the Hunt Rank may go and organize these hunts. Individuals typically prefer to make small traps to capture prey, than to go out to hunt.
Territory
The Mysbel have made their home in the large meadows in the center of the known land, where they have taken all the soil they can to make crops. Their territory is covered in heather, similar to that of high-lands, which is where their purple and pink pelts has come from. While growing crops is hard, they have not given up and have been able to grow crops even in the harshest conditions. There are very few trees and mountains in their territory, allowing the wind to always blow within their expansive borders. Their territory has some sparse gray forests with birch trees, but a lot has been cut down. They have also set up dams and other structures, such as wells, to get rid of witches.
How to recognize a Mysbel
The Mysbel have a unique coloration not seen in other species; their fur coming in purples and pinks. The Mysbel are the only ones able to have such colorations. They can have white markings, but will almost never have large black patterns, instead having a few markings here and there. They may also have lighter markings that are either a lighter version of their main pelt or white. They can have colors ranging from pinks and purples, but never too intense to keep a natural look. They will also always have a lighter underside, but may only have 2-3 colors and no minor markings. They are also one of the few species that can have stripes.
Keys
- Never has dark undersides.
- Any color other than purple/pink or purple/pink/bright hued colorations are not allowed
- While they have rather unnatural colors, they are not too intense unless it is Pastel.
